# เอกสารรายงานต่างๆ (Sale & Tax Report)

> ดูและดาวน์โหลดรายงานยอดขายและใบกำกับภาษีในระบบบริหารจัดการฟิตเนส เพื่อใช้สรุปรายรับและจัดทำเอกสารบัญชี

  <Step title="ขั้นตอนที่ 1: ดูรายงานยอดขาย (Sale Report)" titleSize="h3">
    * คลิกเมนู **Account & Finance** จากนั้นเลือก **Sale Report**
    * กำหนดช่วงวันในช่อง **Start Date** และ **End Date** เพื่อกรองข้อมูล
    * แท็บ **Sale Summary** แสดงภาพรวม: ยอดขายรวม กราฟ **Sales by Payment Method** และ **Top 12 Sales by Individual**
    * คลิกแท็บ **Sale Report** เพื่อดูตารางรายละเอียดธุรกรรม: Date, Member Name, Product/Package, Unit Price, Quantity, Full Amount และ Discount
    * คลิกปุ่ม **Download Report** เพื่อส่งออกรายงาน

    * คลิกเมนู **Account & Finance** จากนั้นเลือก **Tax Report**
    * กำหนดช่วงวันในช่อง **Start Date** และ **End Date**
    * แท็บ **Tax Summary** แสดงรายการใบกำกับภาษี: Date, Tax Invoice No., Item List, Full Amount, VAT Base และ VAT Amount (THB)
    * คลิกแท็บ **Tax Report** เพื่อดูรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม รวมถึง POS ID และชื่อสมาชิก
    * คลิกปุ่ม **Download Report** เพื่อดาวน์โหลดรายงานภาษีสำหรับการจัดทำบัญชี
