ขั้นตอนที่ 1: เปิดโปรไฟล์ Prospect และเปลี่ยนสถานะ

  • คลิกชื่อ Prospect จากรายการเพื่อเปิดโปรไฟล์
  • คลิก Dropdown สถานะและเลือก Close Lost

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: ระบุเหตุผลในแบบฟอร์ม Rejection Reason

  • ระบบจะเปิดแบบฟอร์ม Rejection Reason ให้กรอกเหตุผลในช่อง Note เช่น “Customer doesn’t have time for a package”
  • คลิก Save ระบบจะเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็น Close Lost และบันทึกเหตุผลไว้ในโปรไฟล์
